1. About DB Locks

DB Locks is a predictive sports modelling service that provides statistical analysis of AFL, NRL and NBA markets delivered via a private Discord community. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What DB Locks Is (and Is Not)

DB Locks provides statistical analysis and predictive modelling only.

• We are not a bookmaker or betting agency
• We are not a financial services provider
• We do not provide financial advice or gambling advice
• We do not guarantee any outcomes, profits or returns
• All analysis is for informational and entertainment purposes only

Any decisions you make based on our analysis are made entirely at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are charged at $10 AUD per week
• Payment is processed by Whop
• Your subscription renews automatically each week until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Discord Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the DB Locks private Discord server. Access is granted to the account holder only and is non-transferable.

We reserve the right to revoke Discord access for any subscriber who shares picks outside Discord without permission, harasses other members, or violates Discord's Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All analysis, picks, reasoning and content published by DB Locks is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute or share our content publicly without written permission.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Sports analysis involves inherent uncertainty. Past model performance does not guarantee future results. DB Locks is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using our service.

8. Responsible Gambling

DB Locks takes responsible gambling seriously. We encourage all subscribers to set a budget, never bet more than you can afford to lose, and seek help if gambling is causing problems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, DB Locks and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential financial loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
